PENTHOUSE RUSSIAN HILL

SCOPE OF WORK:

The owner of this penthouse in a high rise on Russian Hill had been looking for a contractor who was willing to undertake the removal of a concrete parapet for ten years.

The parapet was blocking their view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Finally Bashland Builders found Nichols and we came up with an innovative solution on how it could be done. Working in a 19th floor luxury penthouse was not an easy task.

The parapet had to be cut and removed. Our reputation for neat and clean work was put to the test here. All materials and refuse had to be taken through the apartment without damaging any of the interior.
